One evening, after a long day of cooking and baking and finally getting the baby to sleep, I decided a cocktail was the perfect reward before tackling the dishes. I’d been saving a bottle of Pearl® Pumpkin Spice Vodka for just that kind of night, and it was worth the wait.

The Pumpkin Spice White Russian is deceptively simple yet tastes surprisingly layered. It’s built from three main ingredients: Pumpkin Spice Vodka, coffee liqueur, and heavy cream. That’s all it takes to create something rich, smooth, and distinctly autumnal.

This cocktail is silky and easy to sip, so be warned: one will quickly turn into two. Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Pearl® Pumpkin Spice Vodka
  • 2 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces heavy cream or whole milk for a lighter version

Instructions 

  • Place one large ice cube or ice sphere in each of 2 highball glasses.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Pumpkin Spice Vodka and coffee liqueur. Shake until well chilled.
  • Divide the mixture between the two glasses, pouring over the large ice cubes.
  • Top each glass with 1 ounce of heavy cream (or milk for a lighter drink). Serve and enjoy.
