Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookies combine creamy peanut butter with the vanilla-and-honey sweetness of classic candy corn for a delightful Fall and Halloween treat.

Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookies
One of the things I love about Fall and Halloween is candy corn. It sparks debate in my family—some love it and some don’t—but the kids are candy-corn fans, so I often have to share. This season I wanted a fun, kid-friendly baking project, so we tested several cookie variations. The unanimous favorite was these Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookies. Even a candy-corn skeptic in our house enjoyed them.
These cookies pair the rich, nutty flavor of peanut butter with the sweet, familiar notes of candy corn. They’re easy to make, great for baking with kids, and perfect for parties, school events, or an everyday Fall treat.

- Remove from oven and immediately press a few of the reserved candy corn pieces into the top of each cookie while warm.
