This turmeric lemonade is a bright, refreshing drink made by infusing water with fresh turmeric root and lemon, then sweetening lightly with maple syrup. With just a few simple ingredients, it’s perfect for hot summer days or as a lively upgrade to your morning lemon water.

On hot days I find myself craving light, hydrating beverages. This lemonade is visually cheerful in a frosted glass and feels like a little mood boost—simple to prepare and pleasantly refreshing after a run or anytime you want something bright and cooling.

The infused-water method is wonderfully low-effort: add the ingredients to a jar, cover with water, and refrigerate overnight. No special equipment required—just a knife, cutting board, and a jar. The next day you’ll have an easy, flavorful turmeric lemonade ready to enjoy.
If you prefer a brewed version with ginger, you might enjoy a lemon-ginger-turmeric iced tea for a slightly different flavor and warmth, though this recipe focuses on the raw, infused approach for a clean, bright result.
